I was disappointed from the moment I came to this hotel. I have stayed in previous Radisson Blue at other locations, and the difference is night and day. My daughters and I ate at the fancy hotel restaurant while we were waiting for the room to be ready. One of the plates ordered was not well cooked. The meet was chewy and my daughter couldn’t eat it. I called the server and he just apologised. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. I then went to the reception and specifically asked for a room not in-front of the elevator. To my surprise, the room was exactly in-front of the elevator. I go back down and ask the reception if a room change is possible. Instead, there’s attitude from reception staff and basically told these types of rooms are all infront of the elevator. There was no compassion and kindness. One of the receptionist stated this is the first time she receives negative feedback on a room. The room itself is super small, mattresses not as comfy (hard), and not for a three people, as described online. I travel a lot of work and stay at many hotels. By far, this is one of my worst experiences. Totally not worth the money you pay for it. The Radisson Blue in downtown Casa is so much better and much more professional. I thought the quality would be same but absolutely not. This hotel just opened, I hope staff can be a bit more accommodating and kind. It’s makes a world of difference.
