What a disappointment! The only good thing about this property is the excellent location and the spacious apartments. The rest is terrible, staff, food. Rooms not equipped enough. Kitchen useless and old. I asked for a microwave and they brought an old and dirty one. The staff not responsive at all, you can ask for the same thing several times. To make it short, my stay was terrible. I stayed at the Pestana Marrakech and it was very good. The Pestana Casablanca needs improvement.

No Gym Available

In the hotel specifications stated its has a gym available but this is not correct.

We loved our stay here. We were right on the beach. The Anfa Mall was a block away for anything we needed (groceries, clothes, water). The staff was super helpful! They arranged for a pick up from the airport, helped us find a restaurant that was open late & had what we were craving (seafood and drinks), which was difficult to find but she was able to find it. There was a slight block in the shower drain on our arrival but as soon as we called they sent someone up within 15 min to unclog it—even though it was late. The rooms were huge and spacious, beds were so comfortable that we ended up sleeping in both days. Washroom was great (extra bonus for having 2) and we appreciated the heated towel racks & toiletries. The kitchen was beautiful and even had a washing machine! This was not an issue for us as we didn’t eat in the apt but maybe they could add a few dishes/glasses but that was so minor that it didn’t bother us at all. We would’ve definitely stayed longer if we had the time. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

الغرفة لايصلها الانترنت يوجد اعطال في بعض الاضاءات وفي دورة المياه عدد الاغطية غير مناسب وكذلك المناشف ولذلك لم اكون سعيد هذه المرة لان
