The hotel itself is a 3.5 star but the location was not good.

The staff was helpful in every way. There was nothing we needed that they did no fulfill fast and efficient!

Property is a bit tired - like most of Casablanca - but the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Big shout out to the spa staff who effectively reopened the pool and pool service facilities during our stay.
