I worked day and nightshift to come to my room with no a/c. I was offered another room on a different floor but I was too tired to pack and unpack especially on my last night there. So i left and slept in my vehicle before my 20 hour drive. It was really inconvenient. I usually love IHG hotels but I will not go back to this one.

Our apologies that this happened to you. Unfortunate its been a really hot start to the Fall as we've been in the 110's. Our acs go through a lot of wear and tear all summer and they will freeze up from overworking and even fail altogether. We did our best to try to accommodate you and sorry we fell short. The hotel is worn and tired. Towels were very old and beat up some stained. Overpriced for sure
