Like: friendly staff. Delicious steak dinner and margaritas. Dislike: Pool was unexpectedly closed. It did reopen but by that time we decided not to swim.

Weve bern visiting Francisco Grande since 2003 In spite of seeing a few signs of aging, its a wonderful getaway out in the desert. Always good food in the Duke Lounqe, & awesome servers. Love the feel of days long gone.

Room was clean and comfortable but the whole resort reminded me of an aging movie star past her prime. Lobby was so-so and I was so disappointed to come out of the elevator on the 6th floor to cement and an outside entrance to the room. Would rather have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

Water from tap is not drinkable. Tried to use vending machines to get water, they would not accept cash OR ANY credit cards. Terrible!!

Thank you for your review. If a vending machine is not taking forms of payment the front desk can put in service orders to our outside vending company. The company checks in once a week to be sure everything is working and replenished. We hope you consider us for a future stay and politely ask you to inform the front desk of any issues so we may have the opportunity to address them.
