"This hotel does not deserve its rating. We had no hot water 2 days running. One restaurant was closed and the other fully booked so that we could not have dinner there, despite trying to reserve the previous day. The decoration needs a refresh (see photos of dining room and bar) and the corridor carpets are stained (see photo). The beach was over-crowded. Most of the staff were uncharming. The a/c was feeble. We stayed in a bungalow. They are nearly brand new. We paid for bed and bath linen. Everything was great.
The bar/store area is great too with options for drinks, coffee and fresh brioche in the morning. We would come back in a heart beat.
One thing to note, the tenting area and bungalows are in different areas which involve stairs. It was not a problem for us but if you have large suit cases it might be an issue. "
