The pictures shown are not how this property looks. No breakfast just coffee. The room we got (309) non smoke, smelt like manure, mold and a cigarette smell they couldn’t remove. It was terrible, all our stuff reeks of that room. There’s a $25 fee when you check in I’m not sure why. The pipes for the sink were molding, mostly causing the smell. Marks on the bathroom ground. The bathroom looks like a jail cell, not at all what was pictured. The tub got backed up. And a ton of stains in the carpet and chairs. Some yellow stains on the box frame of the bed. Window screen was also broken which is very unsafe. Looks like they updated one room for the pictures to post online. We left and booked a different hotel for our remaining stay and we will never return. Thankfully no roaches that I saw of. And the thermostat is unreadable and hardly works. The smoke detector went off at 5am and again at 10am. We don’t smoke nor did we do anything to trigger it. Not what we wanted to hear when trying to sleep after a ton of traveling. Do not stay here.

A drunk man that was getting drunk in front of the main entrance got up and started chasing after me as I was going to my car. Lots of strange random people that hang out outside of the building watching you. Just did not feel safe here

Website and experian agent told me that check in for the hotel was from 3PM to anytime. I notified them that I wouldn’t be at the property until late night almost 2 am. Then when I arrived I tried to check in and they said that I was too late to check in. My card was charged and they won’t give me a refund. I had to find a different hotel that same night.

A dump. Door would not lock. Old, tv did not work. Paper thin walls, very noisy. Mediocre all the way around. 2 star rating is one star too high.
