Our shower had zip ties to hold the shower head. Still could not shower appropriate was flooding the bathroom with water.
Toilet did not work: had to use hotel lobby bathroom and even the girls handle in that was broke and did not worked. Reported all to staff they said no aware. Tiles in our room was lifting up.
Worst holiday inn and even hotel I have stayed in years. I have pictures. Would not recommend. Our whole baseball team stayed there and multiple had problems with their rooms and reported. This hotel should be shut down worked on and reopened. Giving holiday inn a bad name.
Not even to mention when we checked in and they gave us keys we went up to a room that had not been cleaned. Still trash, towels and dirty linens from night before. Had to wait on them to clean it before we could go up again.

A rough room...
Posted 11 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt was definitely a very rough room that should not have been given out. 2nd floor right in front of the elevator - which wasn't the problem. The air conditioner pools water all over the floor in gigantic bucket fashion, the tub was completely rusted on the bottom and there was no shower curtain nor enough towels for 4 people.
