the room was clean. the ac was not working properly. the shower would not get hot. the neighbors were loud and up all night

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed that there was no coffeemaker in the room.

The hotel definitely has been newly remodeled. The lobby smelled really good, so I had some hope. However when we got to our room, it smelt like stale cigarettes. When I went over to change the temperature in the room, the vents were covered in mold. That takes away any cleanliness for me.
