the room was clean. the ac was not working properly. the shower would not get hot. the neighbors were loud and up all night

Beware of pet fees snd special requests!

This was the second time staying here and while the hotel was nice and clean and quiet, there were a few problems that will make me not return again. After booking a room, I called the hotel to make sure that we could get a bottom floor as I am handicap and they said they would make sure I did. I also let them know that I was traveling with my dog. When i arrived, they said they had no notes of needing a bottom floor and no notes that I had a pet. On the site, it says there is a $15 a night pet fee but they charged me $160 for the 3 nights I was there!! So I am sorry I will NOT be returning when I come back to town.
