The pool was closed with little explanation. We had brought the grandchildren with us with the idea of a pool for them to swim. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but still had 3 young ones who felt like the trip was ruined. The staff did their best to make us happy though it's hard to explain that to the kids.

Everything was great except pool room was very cold and pool water temperature was cold too. Our kids were looking forward to swim in pool but couldn’t. Hot tub water temperature was on colder side too.

Shower was filthy and scalding hot water no cool or cold water mix

I liked the breakfast. It had varieties. There are even to-go boxes for travelers.

Rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and it had a good continental breakfast.
