"I had to slam my hotel room door in order to be able to close it, which caused a lot of noise. It would have been helpful if there was a towel rack where we can hang used towels - which would help the towels dry after use."

"This is a unique hotel in Cartagena centro historico. Very different, well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The service was first class. I bit downside is that when you opened the balcony doors the floor would get really humid and slipery so this is dangerous."
