Check in was slow, the VIP room didn’t have an ac unit in the room, the showers sub par. You get what you pay for. The room was a full size bed not a queen and it was small.

The hotel was not open for me to check in, and I was charged for the evening nonetheless. Terrible.

This hotel was infected with roaches. It's old and zero maintenance. Windows broken and insects crawl im the room. Please pay a little more and stay in a good place. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! IT SHOULD BE CLOSED AND NOT OPERATING.

Dear guest, I am surprised by such a message since you did not comment nothing on the facilities during your stay. First of all, you bought the most economical room of all we have, but none of the rooms have the flaws that you describe and before staying you saw it and accepted it, I imagine that your anger is because we did not include breakfast in the rate you paid as you told us.if it were true that there were incects why did you want to open the window, is blocked precisely because of the insects that may be on the street in certain seasons, but if you wanted to open it, the maintenance staff would gladly open it for you, and if the hotel was so bad, why did you stay? We are located in the best area of Cartagena surrounded by beautiful beaches with an unbeatable location, we are not a 5-star hotel but we try to improve ourselves especially with our new administration, I invite you on one of your trips to Cartagen come and give us the opportunity again and we will include breakfast in your rate.
