Property is in a great location. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. However I had a room on the second floor near the elevator (204). It was VERY loud due to the bar downstairs as well as the hall/elevator. It was also dark/no sunlight.

Perfect walking distance to all places of interest, food, shopping and tours. Staff were accommodating, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. State of the art room. Good food and drinks. Comfortable beds and clean overall.

Truly, if you’re going to Cartagena, I HIGHLY recommend townhouse boutique hotel. There’s literally nowhere else I would consider staying. Unfortunately, due to weather we weren’t able to experience their sister hotel which also has raving reviews on here but hopefully I will be able to the next trip around. The staff here is literally incomparable to any other place I’ve stayed and I’m not just saying that to say it. So sad to leave, but excited to return to Cartagena and Townhouse for sure!!! The staff do an excellent job of making you feel like you belong. I specifically want to shoutout Jorman— he was an absolutely amazing concierge. No matter how many questions we asked or help that was needed, Jorman was there within seconds to help us even when we thought he may be annoyed lol He always had a bright smile on his face which made us feel super comfortable. Aldo was also another staff member that made us feel super special. He recommended the best food to eat at the restaurant and connected with us, again making us feel like we belonged in Cartagena. Jessica was literally the best server I’ve had in a restaurant setting ever in life. From her sweet smile to her ability to know what we needed for breakfast or lunch, she was literally AMAZING!

My stay was SO AMAZING I didn’t want to come back home. The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME, fresh and delicious. The staff was extra caring, the rooftop was amazing, the location was excellent. I cannot have enough adjectives to describe how great of a time I had there.. they also have a sister hotel with private beach in an island 20 minutes away which is to die for.. if I could give 100 stars, I would!!! Love love LOVED IT!! ❤️❤️❤️

This was our third time at the Townhouse, and needless to say we love staying here. We were a group of 8 celebrating a friend’s birthday and we all had a great time. The staff is like a family and service is top notch. The rooftop is great fun. We also took advantage of a boat trip to the Rosarios arranged by the hotel, and it was a great experience!

Very impressed with the experience!
Great breakfast on the rooftop. Fantastic view and ambiance.
Dinner menu was not extensive but everything tasted delicious, we enjoyed the regional specialties that gave a taste of Cartagena's culinary heritage.
Staff was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were pro-active, friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Easy communication via Whatsapp.
Location is ideal for exploring Cartagena. It’s conveniently situated near all major attractions, shopping, and dining options.
The only negative point: noise level and poor soundproofing. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.
