Worst hotel ever
Hotel is situated in Slums part of the city and on a first glance looked terrible. The manager didn't knew English but they wrote they knew. neighbourhood is really dangerous and full of thieves and scary people. It was probably one of the worst experiences in my life. Don't reccomend it for anyone who wants to live...

The location of the place is no safe for someone to visit first time. We only stay one night and rented another hotel close to the beach . This place has the room as they describe but it is a house with rails and is a lot of people living in the house. the place is not near the beach is far they should show the house as it is. I was very disappointed.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO EN POSADA ALCATRAZ
Los dueños de la posada alcatraz son excelentes anfitriones, la Sra. Elvira muy atenta, se esmera con los huéspedes, nosotros ahí desayunamos ( por cierto comenta que ya enviaron un mail a HOTELES.COM para que eliminarán lo de los desayuyybla plataforma no lo ha realizado), éstos tienen un costo muy económicos, así como el almuerzo o comida y la cena, los platillos son muy variados y sobre todo la higiene que hay, desinfectan muy bien las legumbres así como todo los demás ingredientes para preparar los alimentos. El servicio es excelente. Felicidades, son muy eficientes.
