Best rooftop pool and bar in Cartegena with good food. Great central location - right across the street from La Marisqueria. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, really nice housekeeping and bar staff. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience at Nacar and highly encourage anyone looking to stay in the Walled City to stay here. Location was super convenient. The room, pool and restaurant were lovely. Best of all was the staff. Brian, Gustavo and Freddy and the ladies at the front desk were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Ana was our housekeeper and she was so sweet. The servers at the restaurant were awesome. All just really wonderful people. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. They really made our experience in Cartagena wonderful!

The suite didn't meet expectation and requires a redesign. A suite should have at least a chair or seat and a table/desk. The suite was in a separate location and not part of the main building which felt really like an after thought. The suite felt overpriced for what it is. On a positive note the staff was fantastic, all of them without exception from reception, to the restaurants were very attentive, friendly and profesional.

This hotel has some issues that need attention. During rain, water leaks through the ceiling in the pool and massage areas, which is concerning. Additionally, the hotel has another location that is quite far from the main building, and this detail is not clearly specified on the Expedia website. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the beds is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. However, given the price of the rooms, these small but important details should be addressed to improve the overall experience.
