- first room assigned: not enough wifi coverage and telephone line was not working. Staff team took care of it the next day so not too concerned.
- we used the pool and I had to remind staff team twice to provide me with a towel
Other than that great experience overall.

I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel. The breakfast was of poor quality and I was also disturbed to find bed bugs in my room. Despite being promised a refund, I have yet to receive it. This has left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with my stay.

Complete LIES! The pictures are not remotely close to actual representation. It is all filters, its like we got catfished. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are completely outdated. The towels look like there years old, threads coming off and very thin. The shower smells & feels like the cleaning products were not cleaned off properly. The AC only works when the keycard is plugged in. The AC is a split unit so it took a long time to cool the room. The “view” is of the street with a big tree in the way or of the main lobby. The hotel is open to the outside so there is a bunch of humidity throughout the hallways. The gym is a square box with a treadmill, a bicycle and a couple weights. Not a lot of space at all. We tried to get a refund as we did not wish to stay there and they told us to speak to expedia for Expedia to tell us the hotel was denying our refund. The staff did not care to accommodate, they stated it was non refundable. they see everything as a $ opportunity, as they stated they could upgrade us for a fee! This hotel gave hotel 8 vibes but priced higher. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

As for humidity, what you mention probably corresponds to our gardens, which surround some common areas of the hotel, since they are open outdoor spaces.In relation to rooms and equipment, we always strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. While air conditioning systems work with the key card to contribute to energy efficiency, we are sorry if this was uncomfortable for you. As for the quality of the towels or any other aspect of your room, we would have loved to attend to your observations at the time to resolve any inconvenience.We also regret that you have not found our gym according to your needs, since it is an installation that is generally well valued for its functionality despite its size.Finally, regarding your refund request, reservations managed through third parties such as Expedia are handled directly with the platform and we comply with the established contractual policies. Anyway, we are always willing to explore options for improvement or changes in the room according to availability.We sincerely hope you consider giving us another chance in the future. We would love to welcome you again and do everything possible to make your next stay much more pleasant.
