Upgraded to a king bed with private bathroom. had to pay 100000 for. There is a kitchen and living room, but no amenities. I wonder What is the purpose of this kitchen is,

Reservo para una habitación con baño compartido. Manifestó que queria baño privado y se e dio una suite. Nunca mencionó que necesitaba cocina, Si deseaba mas comodidades debio pagar mas, solo pago por una habitación baño privado nada mas y durante la estancia no se quejo, solo por este medio. Nos hubiese gustado que nos dijera que no le gusto durante su estancia para corregir, pero prefiere otro canal.

Nice and clean downtown hotel
Posted 25 Feb 2019 on HotelsGood and safe hotel for sightseeing in downtown Cartagena. Difficult to communicate without some knowledge in Spanish. To book a tour with the guys at the entrance who happen to have an “office” in the 2nd floor is very time-consuming if you don’t speak Spanish. But hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Apartment was big enough for our needs. Unfortunately roof-top terrace was only used for breakfast. No service in the evening.

Regarding the language, we apologize, our translator became incapacitated; but the other people that work in the hotel, we strive to serve them the best and that the communication is fluid. positif : amabilité du personnel
très négatif :douche ; un filet d'eau froide , quartier pas vraiment dans Centro historique, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre

Cordial saludo: Nos agrado que estuviese con nosotros, lo del agua fue una baja de presión pero e solucionó y nuestro hotel se encuentra en el centro histórico, estamos dentro de la ciudad amurallada de Cartagena de Indias. el barrio donde se encuentra el hotel es el San Diego. Nos hubiera gustado darle mas información cuando estaba con nosotros. En una proxima ocasion le resolveremos sus dudas.
