Excellent staff, especially the concierge, David. Clean, safe, and super hospitality. Once you stay there, you will be back each time when you visit Cartagena.

Loved the delicious breakfast, great location, friendly staff. We also appreciated the old historic property and free waters provided throughout the property. Hope to return someday soon.

Had leak for days in the room. It wasn’t really handled by customer service. I saw a mop being wrung out in the pool I was just in.

The Casa San Agustin is an excellent property to stay in Cartagena, Colombia. The staff is exceptional! Dagmar, Gladys, Cindy, Paola at the front desk were great ladies who met all of our needs and requests!. Edgar at the front door was very friendly and offered great recommendations as needed. Michael, Fleix, Thomas, Bryan, Jesus, and the hostesses offered exceptional service at the Alma Restaurant. I would give my stay five stars and stay here again!
