Noise from planes , barking dogs and most annoying staff doing maintenance......should have given me a different room or made maintenance staff wait til reasonable hours The staff were great , accommodating and friendly Building was not as good as their other property 2 blocks away the Hotel Ayenda Cartagena Blue 1804
