TV did not work in the room. I paid for a 1 queen bed in room and received 2 full beds, very hard to sleep with 2 people on the full size bed.
Otherwise. All was great.

Would not let my local girlfriend even come up to my room without paying extra, this policy is Ridiculous!!!

Dear Mr. Rob.It is not our intention to make you uncomfortable, indeed for everyone's safety there are policies that must be complied with, we invite you to register your girlfriend with all the information so that she can enter as a guest without any problem, you will understand that we do it for your safety and the well-being of all, if you do not register her upon arrival by general policies at the time of entering you have to pay the additional person.

Nice and clean hotel. Exelent lokation
The staff was nice and friendly but not all of them.
Last day we had a problem with air-conditioner, and spoke with lady on the reception, she kept me for more then half the hour, then promise will send someone to fix the problem. She didn't send anyone, nobody looked after.
