The pool is under repair and only after I make the reservation and paid the bill someone of the hotel send me a text telling that the pool was closed until after mid May. Pretty bad …

My friend Gina and I had a terrific stay at Casa Quero Hotel. The facility is just beautiful, with large, comfortable rooms, and the location could not be better, within walking distance to most sites and restaurants. The staff is excellent -- Antonio is extremely affable and helpful; his smile brightened our day. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel the next time we're in Cartagena.

Great hotel, only thing I didn’t like was the padlock the doorway to exit the building after hours. Just a little worrisome if you have to leave in a hurry! Other than that it’s homey and quaint!
