Notre reservation n'a pas ete prise en vompte au lieu d'une chambre a 75.000 pesos noys avons du prendre deux lits en dortoir a 60.000 pesos car ils n'ont pas bien pris en compte notre reservation. Accueil nul.

Dear Yann, We are sorry we had to offer you the dorm (exclusively foe you alone), but you did agree and accepted the deal and we sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. We understand your frustration but nobody's perfect, especially since we needed the room for maintenance of the roof. It's sad that - after taken the cheap deal in high season - you still spit your anger on a valuable forum as Tripadvisor.
