This property was not clean no amenities in the room no hot water and roaches everywhere.

I would not stay here again. The apartment is in poor condition, see photos, pealing paint, dirty shelves, damaged window blinds, dust and mould, the kitchen was functional but the pots and pans were very battered. I was aware of the service charges but they are very high relative to the condition of the apartment, you have to pay in cash, Colombian pesos and they refuse to provide a receipt, so you have no way of proving you have paid. The bathroom is very cramped and there is only cold water available. The apartment block faces out onto the beach and I did have a view of the ocean and beach, but the beach was still under construction and is grey sand due to the volcanic nature of the area. The best beaches are an hours drive away. To access the apartment requires to sets of lifts. There is a convenient Mini market in the block, but there are many shops bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it as not worth paying the premium for this apartment in this area, and is in poor condition, stay somewhere else.

The first image says a lot and to begin with the lobby was quite dirty, a very bad impression. I have traveled to several countries and I have been in many hotels but I have never found so much dirt. The towels were dirty and with blood. The sheets were used and had a lot of dust, the water for bathing seemed to have a drip because it had no pressure, the bathroom window did not close, the refrigerator was too dirty and rusty, I never put my daughters' food in it, it seemed like it was in a garbage can, it had a washing machine and dryer but the dryer didn't work, there was no quilt to cover yourself, the floor was too dirty, when I went to shower and found those towels in those conditions I went down to the lobby and everything was turned off I couldn't complain, when they heard me a Mrs. I told her and she told me that she would let the lady in charge know but that never happened, no one contacted us. I do not recommend this site to anyone

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.We would have been delighted if you informed us of all this that you indicate in the comment, and we would immediately assign you another accommodation that met the conditions mentioned by you.You never informed us anything. You were able to let us know by sending a message via expedia. You were even sent arrival instructions via whatsapp and you saw the messages but never responded.You had all the means to indicate your disagreement with the accommodation but you never did.Therefore we believe that your disagreement is not with the accommodation. Since at the time of the delivery of the accommodation you did not complain anything, even you did not inform anything when we received the property.We regret that in just two days with us you have built such a negative comment that, with all due respect, is far from the reality of the state of the apartment.

Location was perfect! 4 blocks from the mall. Apartment was clean and big for my stay with extended family. The only thing was dryer was not working well.

Un apartamento precioso, la vista al mar era increíble. Estaba muy bien equipada la cocina, tenía además lavadora y secadora. Las toallas estaban en muy buen estado, igual que todo el lugar. La comunicación fue adecuada y todas fueron muy amables.

Insatisfecha por el servicio.

La persona que nos recibió muy atenta. Previo a la llegada estuvo en comunicación, pero las sábanas y almohadas sucias. Las toallas sucias y rotas. El departamento se ve descuidado y realmente el costo es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.
