My electrical outlets did not work in my room at all. They were so loose my charges wouldn't stay in. The AC in the room sounded like is was going to explode every time it turned on. Didn't sleep much do to that.

Quick stay in Carson City
Hotels.com oversold the two queen beds we reserved and paid for, but the hotel did the best they could and gave us a room with a king and sleep sofa. Not the best situation for us but it worked. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff was very nice, especially Greg, the breakfast was yummy, and the laundry facility was very much appreciated!

We cut our stay short because the room above ours was either under construction or people were breaking furniture all night. The man at the desk was literally on another planet and was no help. We left knowing we would forfeit the cost of the second night. Normally we don’t have these problems when we stay with Hampton
