Pictures of property looked nothing like the room we were given. We were put in a very creepy, outdated attic room with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The dinner and breakfast were good as well and the staff was fairly nice. The location and exterior were very strange. I wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me to.

Way out hotel.

We would definitely come back to this property. We enjoyed our stay. Great restaurant, lounge and breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Black mold
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsFriendly staff. Dirty must smelling room. Black mold in shower. They could throw some thick bleach down if they cared enough to. Also nothing to see at breakfast.

Absolute worst hotel experience!
Posted 30 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe second we walked in, the staff was rude. No greet, no smile, he looked grumpy and had a bad tone, seemed like he didn't want to be there. It was a very uncomfortable experience right from the start until the end. Breakfast looked like egg porridge, watermelon was almost frozen, and the bacon was undercooked. Only thing decent was their coffee machine. The location was far from everything. If you want to go to the airport by public transportation, be prepared to pay $70 Euros for Taxi and $50 for Uber. The bathroom had MOLD on it! and the sink was very slow draining and smelled like manure. They probably have a problem with their pipping. Also, when we arrived most of the lights were off in the hallways. We believe they are trying to save money by lowering their energy costs. We had to turn on our phone flash lights just so we can find our way to our room and find the key hole. We stayed here just for a night as everything was sold out due to a last minute booking. The absolute worst experience in accommodation for us, we could not wait to leave this place! Place felt dirty and made us feel dirty. BEWARE visitors!! I wish I read this review before we booked!

Promotel will be all renovated ( rooms , corridors, restaurant, bar ...) We begin renovation from 01/10/2019 until spring 2020. We also add new large buffet in the breakfast room . We change lights Inside corridors ...
