I did not stay at Hotel Bahamas because there was a problem with my payment method. Expedia informed me of that after the reservation was made, and instructed me to contact the hotel directly, which I did. HB knew nothing. Expedia customer care link in the email was a dead end too. Poor coordination.

Wouldn't expect what I encountered based just on the outside. Friendly staff, excellent service, clean facilities. Rooms could be a little more updated, but the bathroom was updated, clean, and there was specific attention to details.

The staff assisted me on a couple key points to make sure i got to the airport on time. Great work!

For the rate the property was a good fine. The person working the front desk when we checked in wasn't very helpful or professional. He appeared very apathetic and was borderline rude.

Rooms too small. Mattress very uncomfortable.
