We really liked our stay. The staff were prompt, friendly and kind - also helpful. Our room was neat and had all we needed, anything we needed just had to ask and was sorted. Would definately stay again.

Not the same as it used to be, customer service is at a minimum, cleaning of the room is not noticed and parking prices are a new addition to find out about.

The Quest at Caroline Springs is situated nicely within walking distance to quite a number of eateries and a shopping centre. Our king bed was excellent. However the bathroom did have some cracked tiles and was a little "tired". We would stay here again. The secure parking makes life easy and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were friendly and the apartment was clean. But there was no hot water in the evening when I showered and the hotel never got back to me when I queried them about it.
