Worst hotel ever! No working phone in our room. I had to take the elevator to the lobby every time there was an issue. I requested room service every day and housekeeping showed up twice in five days.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.
I didn’t have a hairdryer in the room and our safe didn’t work. We had to bring our phones n wallets to the beach

Room was clean and very convenient to both the the beach and the Boardwalk area. Beds had very soft/thin mattresses and were not super comfortable. All ice machines but one were out of order. Outside doors to the hotel building had broken keycard locks. Facilities on the property for showering/changing near the pool or somewhere outside the guest rooms would have been nice as this is a beachfront property. We enjoyed the meal and drinks we had at the bar and grill attached to the hotel. Overall a good stay for the price.

Had a great time visiting Carolina Beach this weekend. The hotel was in a great location. The downside of the stay was the obstructed view on the 2nd floor. Please be mindful of this. Overall the hotel is nice. Oh let me not forget, if you want ice you will have to go to the 6th floor. The only working machine. Hopefully the hotel will address this issue.

We had a great experience staying here! We got the king balcony ocean view room, the view was beautiful! They accommodated our baby with a travel crib in the room. We requested extra towels, when they came to drop them off they cleaned our bathroom too! It was greatly appreciated with all the sand from the beach making it into our room despite rinsing off before coming in! They are right on the beach which was a HUGE plus for us. We will be staying here again in the future!
