Property location is very good. Restaurant opens only at 12pm no way to get any breakfast. Early morning gardeners are at working outside and making loud noise, cutting hedges and blowing all leave and making our car dirty.

Check in was a disaster , no staff . Just one who,didn’t care she had a queue to the door . We got two tea bags on arrival . Next morning I rang to,ask for some more tea bags , she said oh no we just give you two on arrival as a goody bag , you will have to come and buy some from our shop now ! Really ! They can’t afford to give you tea bags for your stay . Staff management even told my son off because I gave a genuine review on check in , good job she didn’t try telling me off ! They had faces down to the floor the managers and I waited for her to approach me but she didn’t . You can’t tell people off for giving genuine comments . Place is beautiful , staff shocking . And you need your own tea and coffee , oh and if your a minute late checking out they phone you asking where you are . The staff approach spoilt it all . Never again

We are sorry to read that you were unhappy with your discounted stay at the resort. Originally you had booked a two-person studio through a third-party booking agent which offered no refundable or modification allowed, and the day before your arrival you contacted us to inform us four people would be arriving having only booked a two-person accommodation. The reception team went out of their way to reorganise the resort to try to accommodate your last-minute request at no additional cost to yourself. Unfortunately when you arrived at our resort we there was a large queue to check-in which was due to an major accident on the motorway - we are sorry that this caused you to have to wait.The accommodation at the resort is self-catering, but we do provide a complimentary few tea bags, milk, and coffee starter pack so that guests can make themselves a drink after a long journey upon arrival. These are not refilled every day, for as is advertised on all websites, this is a Self-catering resort.
