"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. "The room was ok. But the Bathroom/Toilet was not. Water stays on the floor due to leakage from the bathroom and floor wasnt leveled. The mirror was dirty as if it wasnt cleaned for a while. The aircondition was full of dirt. I was disappointed as well that the location was not the same with what they have shown on the map in Hotels.com. and they also said there that it is a 10 minute walk to SM but it wasnt. It actually 2km away from SM. "

"Location is amazing because its in the new center of Cebu. You can walk to Ayala Mall in just 15 minutes, if you want to take the ferry to cross to Bohol Island the terminal is 5 mins away by Grab car. The atmosphere is fantastic, they have a good conection wifi and co working space and breakfast was the best. There a lot of interesting people in the hostel and I met a lot of new friends. Im glad I stayed here. Will definitely recommend to all my friends!"
