"Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders)."

"This is an amazing hotel. Located inside a top winery, it has only 5 guest rooms which are quite large and beautifully furnished. The place is about 15 Km from the city of Carmelo so it is quiet and excellent to relax. The winery produces some outstanding wines and carry their own brand of Cognac, dulce de leche, cheeses and other goods. All are delicious and of top quality. The restaurant is very good.
