Simply the best. The employees were so helpful and portrayed the best customer service. I can’t imagine a more comfortable hotel in the US….10/10. If we could give them 20 stars we would.

The most outrageous charge ever of a $250 pet fee for a one night stay. No pet amenities either, not even a bowl for water provided for this incomprehensible charge. Neighboring 3 star hotels (like this hotel in truth actually is) had a lesser nightly rate than this for an entire room for 2 people. Hotel was empty the next morning but still would not budge even 30 minutes for a late checkout request. Noise travel between rooms on all sides reminiscent of a Motel 6 or Travelodge. Inadequate guest parking, they suggest you find street parking in the neighborhood if you’re not lucky enough to get one of the dozen available spaces for the whole hotel. Prepare to feel ripped off and disappointed if you stay here, especially if you bring a pet.
