They confirmed a specific type of room online, but knew they did not have it available. When we arrived they tried to convince us to take a substitution...not acceptable. They were in the process of doing renovations so the place looked like a construction site, with bare concrete floors and ripped up carpets. The room we were shown smelled mouldy and old, even though it had recently been painted. Because of the renovations the breakfast room was closed, but their website still stated that breakfast was included; no indication that ongoing renovations were interrupting that service. It took more than an hour to get a refund from Expedia for our booking, since Expedia now books rooms through a third party. No advance warning about that either.

The property was old and musty and smelled. Needs to be completely updated before anyone stays there.

The shower had NO handle to turn on so I call front desk and they told me that it was the only one like that there were a few others she told me to do my best turning the broken knob plus TV wouldn’t work and furniture was bad I’ve seen better in garage sales.

The hotel was supposedly under construction, they didnt mention they did NOT HAVE breakfast. They should have mentioned when reserving the room. The pool was empty and the cleaning lady came knocking on the door early asking if we were leaving soon. NEVER ASK THE GUEST TO LEAVE BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME!

The remodeling was an inconvenience as there was no breakfast as was suppose to be included.

The room was clean, but it had a strange smell to it. The handle on my shower came off and I had to use a pair of channel locks to turn the shower on. I talked to two other people and they had problems with their shower as well. There was construction going on so there was no breakfast bar. I have stayed at some of their other properties that were top notch, this one needs a little TLC. I will say that the staff and the customer service reps were very nice.
