The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The rooms have had a lot of vandalism painted and boarded over, like punched walls and cracked showers. Sink fixture was loose and the counters and bathroom weren’t very clean. There was a restaurant with a good breakfast across the street and sufficient parking. A very basic hotel that could use a little more TLC.

I had an overall very pleasant experience during my stay at Motel 6 in Carlsbad. The rooms are spacious and modern with plenty of storage space throughout. It was very quiet the entire time and the area is quite safe.
The most impressionable part of my stay would hands down be the staff and service. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and thorough. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating while simultaneously making each interaction personable and enjoyable. I always walked away either laughing or smiling.
I highly recommend Motel 6 and thank you to all the staff for making my stay wonderful!

Pretty crappy hotel with dirty towels and doesn't even offer basic things like shampoo or napkins... Service is worst with clogged showers unrepaired

Tub was chipped a lot . No shampoo , only soap . Walls were thin. People next door were taking all night.
They stayed up all night
