I liked the mini kitchen especially the big fridge.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Full size refrigerator was so welcome. Bed was super comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. only complaint. Area not the greatest.

Nice clean hotel on the outskirts of Carlsbad. Great place to stay when visiting the caverns.

Got to room & fridge was unplugged so it wasn’t cold at all for our cold groceries. Plugged it in & knew why, there was a loud noise that didn’t go away even after 4-5 hours so had to consume all perishables & unplug it. Then the room was 77 when we got there so it took hours to cool down. During the night it kept shutting off & wouldn’t come back on until it was at least 6-8 degrees above the temp we set it so everyone said they didn’t sleep well because it was so hot in the room. There were bags of beer cans by the elevator & someone threw up in the elevator. Still wasn’t cleaned up the next day. Never staying there again!!
