Great spot for a night to break up a long journey. Will come back again for a few nights to explore the area. Some may say the en-suite was dated but it was great for me and the hot water a good pressure and endless. Breakfast was excellent too tip ask for eggs from the kitchen.

Hotel was lovely , we loved our short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. Breakfast was good too lovely spread. Very convenient location for our visit to the castle. We will be back.

This is a really great Hotel, traditional home cookong makes the difference. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The walls are quite thin which makes for a slightly noisy room especially if youre near the staircase but still slept very well and beds are super comfy.

Have stayed here before to attend Carlise Racecourse. £ 11 in a taxi to course, so great location. The Crown pub across the road is great, with lovely staff and food. Would definitely stay again.

The room was a great space, clean and had everything we needed. Bar and seating area very nice, all set up for Xmas and quite relaxing, bar staff excellent. Great breakfast and waiting staff friendly and helpful. No complaints would certainly come back

I spent a week at Cumbria Park at a difficult family time. I was made part of the family by everyone, which made it easier to cope! I can’t thank everyone enough for their interest and support. If I have to make a complaint, the only thing I can think of is the plates for the hot food at the breakfast buffet could have done with being kept warm, all else very good, thank you.

We spent two nights at this hotel. It’s a nice and very clean hotel. The included breakfast was delicious and everyone working in this hotel was amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we go to Carlisle.

Very good enjoyable stay
I would stay here again, the hotel was nice and the rooms very nice and the bed was very comfortable, tea coffee facilities in the room along with iron and ironing board which is a bonus for long stays also hairdryer which is standard There is a good bus service outside the hotel which takes you into town, but it is a nice pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk I would stay here again The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, above the usual standard of other hotels
