"The Summit Hotel was much livelier, and to be fair, we were only there for one night to visit family nearby. The location is very convenient — right across from the mall — and I wish we had more time to explore the mall and the restaurants.
The room was a disappointment, but to be fair, I don’t have anything to compare it to as an American tourist. I tried to take a shower, but the water was very cold. I think you need to be patient and let it warm up. There was almost no water pressure — just a trickle — and there was only one towel, but again, keeping in mind we’re in a different country.
There were plenty of staff on hand, and when I needed a shuttle to the airport, the front desk was very helpful and arranged it for me. They were professional and made the process easy."
