The property is amazing: beautiful location, stunning views! Very nice rooms. The staff to my opinion is not up to the level of this hotel.

sink blocked, curtains broken, no privacy in room. Staff extremely rude, not helpful. Would not advise spending money here when there are much more beautiful places to stay.
Breakfast was also terrible.

With only one day and night to spend exploring Florence on this whirlwind trip we now know for next time we must stay much longer here and absolutely will insist on staying in the Villa! A magical place and not far by car to the heart of Florence we had a wonderful time we will never forget thanks to Villa Le Fontanelle! Arrivederci!

Staying in Florence like the Medicis did. Beautiful renaissance villa very well run and maintained.
