Wifi very unreliable making this unsuitable for business. Bar very expensive and one member of bar staff struggling to serve customers in reasonable time. Room average. Decent gym.

Good central location, with clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Inability to adjust room temperature to guest preference meant it was a little too warm for our liking.

Central to both queen Street and st Mary street. Facilities at hotel are luxurious. You really feel like you've splashed out but it was actually quite reasonable
