I have stayed here 9 times. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Newport.

Tidy rooms, friendly staff. Extractor fan in bathroom sounded like a pair of bongos and continued for quiet a while after turning off the light.

Overall a lovely modern, clean hotel, but rooms are way too warm (we stayed in Nov) and the in-room temp controls don’t do anything to cool the room down. That was my only complaint.
