Just lovely
Posted 4 Jul 2024 on HotelsI came in from the US to see my boyfriend who lives in Wales. We stayed at the urban space unit and was most thrilled with everything about the unit. Great location, very clean, reasonable price. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Lovely apartment very clean great location lovely staff the only thing for us was we found the cleaning fee was expensive and that it had to be paid separately and it would have been nice if there had been some dish washing soap as we where only there for 3 nights and we felt putting on a dish washer for two plates and cups was wasting water and a couple of pods for the washing machine since there is a washing machine which was great and as we’d been travelling for 3 weeks I did need to do some laundry even though this place is lovely i would think twice about staying again because of the cost of the cleaning fee
