This small Guest House is clean and convenient. The gentleman who welcomed us is very nice and provides lovely extras like bottled water and chocolates. This is our favourite place to stay when we visit our daughter who is a student at Cardiff University.

We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed.

Room was great, bizarrely located inside a weight loss clinic, which at least made it easy to find. On street parking was a bit of a hassle and ended up quite a way away which is fine, but worth knowing in advance.

Definitely not luxury as advertised, but for the price I wasnt expecting it to be. Essam was lovely, great host! I would say the mattress in room 4 needs replacing as it completely sinks to the middle, making it quite uncomfortable. Other than that the room gave us exactly what we needed. Short walk in to the centre for a concert and somewhere to rest!
