Comfortable bed and spacious room. With good facilties. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable stay. Looked the cocktails in the bar on the roof and the great cooked breakfast there each morning.
Loved the shower and the bathroom was pretty great altogether. Bed seemed higher off the ground than usual but it wasn't much of an issue. Slept very comfortably!
Location's good for anywhere in the city centre, especially once we discovered the easy access lift that goes straight into the arcade below.

There was no room service. Coffee facilities very poor. However, the staff in the dining room worked very hard. Would have liked to be able open wondows as air con erratic.

All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception.
I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Hotel is well located, new and modern. Room was well sized and had all the necessary amenities. It was also clean! Breakfast was modest but decent. Would stay again ☺️

Staff was so friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. Loved the room and bathroom shower was amazing after a long day of traveling. Will stay here again next time I'm in Cardiff.
