Es un hotel que cumple muy bien con todos los servicios que te ofrecen y está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica del lugar. En cuanto al personal, considero que todos, excepto una persona, fueron muy amables y atentos. El único detalle que me tocó es ver una que otra cucarachita en el área de comida, creo deberían cuidar un poquito más estos detalles, además de incluir un poquito más de variedad en cuanto a los alimentos ya que hoteles en la misma zona por unos dolares más (+/- 15) ofrecen mejor calidad y variedad.

The room we got was not good at all.
Posted 20 Aug 2018 on HotelsThe hotel room we got was horrible. Let's see, the light bulb in the bathroom was not working, had to be fixed. The bathroom window was broken and look like it was about to fall down. The closet door was not working and falling down too. The lamp in the night table had problems, it would turn off when i tried to turn on. The switch didnt work am guessing? The phone in the room was not working, i am guessing it was just there to look pretty. The refrigerator was hella small. The hair dryer was not working at all. We got towels the first day we got there and they were stained of god knows what And we never got the towels replaced. They had a huge shortage of towels and bed sheets. Hotel didnt have wifi or an elevator, which made it difficult for mom to go up and down 2nd floor. The only thing i liked about this hotel and the location was that the beach was right there. All i had to do is cross the street. That was awesome!

Made reservation through Orbitz. Showed up at hotel and they did not even know what Orbitz was. Rooms sold out so had to scramble for another hotel which at the end was not si bad because this place was far from nice. Hotel help desk was not hepful

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at!!! We had no power for 6 hours and no power in half
Our room for 3 days, we had no safe no fridge and one towel to use for 2 people! Flies were all over our food,
Dining staff demanded I leave my
Purse in a pile on the floor to enter with all our ID passports flight info etc..... no we had to go elsewhere to eat.
Unlimited drinks yeah that’s a joke they never had anything!! We complained several times,
Actually every day and nothing was ever done. I. So angry I paid a lot of
Money for nothing!!! At this point I’m not ever using your services Expedia if
Nothing is done about this!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had!!

es broma que no quieren aceptar comentarios
Posted 30 Mar 2020 on HotelsEstimados señores, tengo contratado alojamiento con dos hoteles administrados por ustedes por tema mundial del Corona Virus cerraron las fronteras, no puedo viajar y al contactarlos me negaron toda posibilidad de cambio ni siquiera solicite devolución, considerando que tengo dos hoteles tomados con ustedes con pago de 1000 dolares promedio.
Las aerolíneas están razonando y haciendo modificaciones, no entiendo cómo pueden hacer vista gorda a esta situación y solo mirar sus conveniencias económicas, me contacte con dos ejecutivos de ellos negándome en forma absoluta toda solución al respecto.
Creo es un insulto seguir tratando con ustedes.

Las instalaciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear. Los teléfonos y control remoto de las tv de las habitaciones no funcionaban, los veladores no tenian lámparas, las hojas de la puerta balcòn no corrían, no nos dieron champu. La comida aceptable. El bar, la piscina y la ubicación muy buenos. La gente maravillosa

Overbooking
Posted 16 Mar 2020 on HotelsPrenotato con 3 mesi d'anticipo 2 notti. Causa overbooking la prima notte passata in dependance senza alcun confort in luogo esterno all'hotel con annesso odore di fogna dal bagno.Ovviamente nessun rimborso per il disagio procurato.
Il giorno seguente in seguito a nostra protesta spostati in camera in hotel .
Impossibile contattare tramite mail hotel.com.
Servizi: ristorante in buona posizione sul mare ma.....la pulizia è scarsa, buon servizio spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni

Hubo cosas buenas y cosas malas, la chica de recepción no era agradable, el snack bar cerraba a las 18:00 para comida, en el buffet la comida no era muy buena y en una ocasión habia bicho en la comida, las camas podrian mejorar, no todos los dias cambiaron toalla y el servicio de toalla de playa no estaba disponible. La piscina era buena y el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, también el acceso a playa y las reposeras.
