A must stop while in Carcasonne - simply perfect
Posted 26 Jul 2024 on HotelsAMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay.
The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine.

Excellent location and restaurant
Posted 3 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Restaurant Le Parc. We could walk to both old and new Carcassonne. Restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. It was quiet and we would stay again.

A very lovely stay but not quite a 5 star. Missing items such as an ice bucket in the room, adding new wine glasses during nightly turndown, and someone at the desk 24hrs per day. Still a great stay overall and highly recommended but unable to give a 5 star as small items just weren’t there.
