Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets."

"The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! The staff was really friendly and did a great job keeping things clean and helping with cooking. This is one of the best places I have...

I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! "I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. She said that “I” could go to one of their other properties and see if they could accommodate. She would not call and check. She told me that “I” could email the owner, but...

"I like it because it can accomodate more people but uncomfortable bec of these issues: circuit breaker broke down on first day,lots of cockroaches in the kitchen, the sala/living room is sooo hot and the internet was lost two days before we check out.Solve these and this place will be good."

I spent 1 week in the 1 person room, there was everything: nice large bathroom, large shower, TV with international channels, good internet, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, desk for computer, little reading light on the bed, etc. it was perfect. I was facing the Coliseum, while I could hear people going there late afternoon, there never was...

"Stayed here with my family for 4 days and its a very nice place to stay at. Clean and the owner Raquel was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a quiet place to stay, rooms and toilet are spacious. Would definitely go back when we go back to MoalBoal!"

"The hotel is definitely worth the great reviews. Staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel and room are very clean, nice, spacious and well thought. I spent 1 week in the 1 person room, there was everything: nice large bathroom, large shower, TV with international channels, good internet, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, desk for computer, little reading light on the bed, etc. it was perfect. I was facing the Coliseum, while I could hear people going there late afternoon, there never was significant noise in the evening. The buffet breakfast also exceeded expectation, definitely very nice! The Pool was very enjoyable, nice view on the city. While the hotel is not in the best looking part of town, it is closed to Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, Plaza Independencia, ferry to Bohol, etc. There is huge shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, etc. behind (on both side of the hotel). Note: the check in is on the 9 floor - from the airport it took 1h20 taxi ride due to the heavy traffic. Going back to airport was somehow quicker (about 1/2 hour). "

"Parrot Resort is excellent. It is right in the middle of the main strip in Moalboal, but is tucked away as to feel private and secluded. The staff always welcome you with a smile. They took care of all our needs from breakfast, to booking excursions and booking us a car to our next destination. We will certainly be staying there again. "
