Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected. So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it. Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us. Very poor!

Absolutely great service and polite staff. Breakfast had lots of options, and they serve delicious pastries. The only problem is the town. Doesn't offer much, so you better rent a car to move to other areas.

Hotel y personal de 10 . Servicios, limpieza, amabilidad. Tan sólo un factor externo y ajeno al hotel, Carbonia está algo alejada de los destinos de la isla. Si solo se necesita descansar es un buen hotel con excelentes instalaciones
