They were never at the desk, and never did any housekeeping. We would leave for the day and come back and our sheets hasn't been changed and old towels would still be outside the door. I get that it was the holidays, but thats no reason not to do your job with excellence. It wasnt a terrible experience but it wasn't quality either.

There was a bunch of drunk people wandering in the parking lot and sitting on the stairs. The breakfast had the same stale couple of bagels that we there when we checked in. The toilet did not flush well. Kept getting clogged for no reason. The floor was slimy and sticky. Had to wear shoes the entire time. Because the floor was so nasty. The coffee pot was full of coffee grounds and old coffee from someone not knowing how to use it so there was no coffee. Could not find a person that actually was in the entire place so I could show them the issues. The room smelled like old cigarettes and stale beer. Very bad

Nothing particularly but please clean the floor as it feels wet and greasy to walk on and feel dirty inside the room. I would recommend putting a lock on the back door before unwanted people walking in and rob or disturb the guest. My wife doesn’t feel safe staying there.

Just an overnight stay. Won't be coming back. Checkin was at a kiosk talking to a guy, who knows where he was at. Only one employee seen while we were there, he was cleaning our room. Only good thing was the bed was actually comfortable. View out the window was the abandoned part of the hotel, all boardedup.

Im saddened by your review, If you would of expressed your cares or concerns while you were here at the property I personally would of made sure you had a more pleasant stay. Accessible room: no closet, TV was difficult to turn on (input issue), floor was slippery, in room coffee maker could only be plugged in the bathroom (grounded plug), breakfast area was not clean/well tended. I did not like the kiosk check in. Property looked run down, although it was well lit.
