"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"We stayed two nights last week to celebrate our anniversary. It was definitely between seasons and it showed-no crowds and no reservations required at the restaurant. The grounds definitely feel like a campus rather than hotel. Very clean and pretty. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the nespresso in the room and enjoyed the use of the free bikes. The staff learned it was our anniversary and brought us a bottle of wine. We thought it a nice touch. The
